About
Millennium Higher Institute for Professional Studies (MIHIPS) is a young and dynamic institution of higher learning in Cameroon, born from a vision to expand educational opportunities and professional training in Cameroon and the world at large.
History
The concept for MIHIPS was conceived in April 2021 by a team of founding visionaries, including HRM Fon Palverd Brent-Briden and Orelia Chi Berinyu. They were later joined by Fon Lovet Nfor and Njoyo Zita Malac. Their collective goal was to establish a new institute that would cater to the growing demand for skilled professionals. This vision began to materialize in the same year, marking the operational start of the institution.
MIHIPS commenced its journey with a focused academic scope, initially establishing the Faculty of Education and a dedicated Teacher Training College.
Since its inception, the institute has undergone significant growth and has expanded its academic offerings to a wide range of faculties and programs.
