Our Activities
At MIHIPS, student life is enriched through dynamic activities and events such as Orientation, which welcomes and guides new students into academic and social life, and Campaigns, where students engage in leadership, showcase their talents, and promote teamwork. These activities foster unity, personal growth, and a vibrant campus culture.
CAMPAIGN
Public programs at MIHIPS are designed to create awareness, inspire action, and give students a platform to demonstrate leadership and responsibility within the institution and the wider community. Among these, student campaigns stand out as vibrant activities where learners actively participate in democratic processes, advocate for change, and develop practical leadership skills. Campaigns are often centered on student government elections, awareness drives, social causes, or community engagement projects.
Through these campaigns, students not only gain experience in public speaking, teamwork, and strategic planning, but also learn the importance of accountability and service. They provide an opportunity for students to share their ideas, influence decision-making, and shape the future of campus life. Public programs and campaigns also help foster a spirit of unity, inclusiveness, and collaboration, as students come together to support their peers and engage in constructive dialogue.
Overall, these activities serve as a bridge between academic learning and real-world practice, preparing students to be responsible citizens and impactful leaders in society.

ORIENTATION
The Orientation Program for Higher National Diploma (HND), Undergraduate, and Graduate students at MIHIPS is carefully designed to introduce learners to the unique demands of professional, technical, and academic education. As HND programs emphasize both theory and practical skills, Undergraduate programs focus on broad-based academic knowledge and career-oriented training, while Graduate programs provide advanced learning and research opportunities. Orientation therefore equips new students at every level with the knowledge and guidance they need to adapt quickly to the academic and professional standards of the institution.
During the orientation, students are taken through detailed presentations on program requirements, course structures, grading systems, and assessment methods. They are also introduced to workshops, laboratories, libraries, and other academic facilities that will support their training. Special sessions are organized to highlight career opportunities, internship placements, and pathways for further studies, ensuring that HND, Undergraduate, and Graduate students clearly understand how their journey at MIHIPS prepares them for the job market or higher academic pursuits.
In addition to academics, the orientation emphasizes personal development and campus life. Students are guided on time management, teamwork, communication, and professional ethics—skills that are essential for success across all fields of study. They also meet with faculty members, industry professionals, and senior students, helping them build strong networks right from the start.
By the end of the program, HND, Undergraduate, and Graduate students at MIHIPS feel equipped, motivated, and fully integrated into the institutional community, ready to pursue their studies with confidence and a clear vision for their future.
